The Job

You will join one of our audit & accounts teams. Assisting with the preparation of clients accounts, you will provide accountancy services to a wide range of our clients.

Training towards the AAT qualification will give you the expertise to perform at a greater level and provide you with skills that will stay with you for life. Our training is provided by one of the top professional accountancy training organisations.

Entry Requirements

We would like you to have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A* to C (including at least a grade B in Maths and English Language) and at least 240 UCAS Points (excluding general studies) or equivalent. You must also satisfy the eligibility criteria for the AAT Apprenticeship Scheme.

What do we look for in our trainees?

Good inter-personal skills, a flexible outlook and a broad range of interests, coupled with the ambition to succeed. Our trainees are our future so we need people who are keen to develop their communication skills whilst mastering both the technical and professional aspects of our work.

Boring, boring Chartered Accountancy?

We need to be to have the technical skills to do the job, but just as important are the imagination and communication skills to engage our clients.

Development

Your progress will be monitored by your manager and training partner who will be on hand to assist you with any problems. Formal reviews are conducted twice a year. Your salary package will be competitive and reviewed twice a year when your overall progress is assessed.
